Get government recognition for your startup.
ZegalWorks prepares and files your DPIIT recognition application, so you can access Startup India benefits you are eligible for.
What is Startup India Registration?
Startup India recognition is granted by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). A recognised startup can access benefits under the Startup India initiative, depending on its stage and sector.
Recognition is not automatic and not mandatory, and not every benefit applies to every startup. Some tax benefits need a separate certification, so we help you understand what you can actually claim before you apply.
Who this is for
A good fit if you
- Are a Private Limited Company, LLP or registered partnership
- Are within 10 years of incorporation
- Are building something innovative or scalable
- Want access to schemes, easier compliance and credibility
Something else may suit you better if
You are a proprietorship. Only registered entities are eligible, so incorporate first.
Your business is a plain trading or service business with no innovation or scalable model. It may not qualify.
Your turnover has crossed the prescribed limit in a past financial year, or the entity is older than 10 years.

How long it takes and what it costs
Recognition timing depends on how DPIIT reviews your application, so we do not promise a fixed number of days.
Your total cost has two parts: our professional fee, and any government or statutory fees that apply. Government fees are set by the authority and vary by case, so we give you an itemised quote before you commit to anything. See our pricing page for packages.
