Accurate profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
ZegalWorks prepares clear, compliant financial statements for your year-end, ready for ROC filing, income tax, bank loans and investors.
What is Financial Statement Preparation?
Financial statements summarise a year of business: the profit and loss statement shows income and expenses, the balance sheet shows assets, liabilities and equity, and the cash flow statement shows where cash came from and went. Companies prepare them in the format required by the Companies Act.
They are needed for ROC filing, income tax returns, bank loans, tenders and investor reviews. Statutory audit, where it applies, is done by an independent chartered accountant, and we prepare and coordinate the numbers it relies on.
