What is Vendor Agreements?

A vendor agreement sets the terms on which a supplier or service provider works with you: what is delivered, when, at what price, to what standard and what happens if something goes wrong. It matters as much for a software agency as for a manufacturer or a landlord.

Payment terms deserve special care. Under the MSME law, buyers must pay micro and small suppliers within the agreed period, which cannot exceed 45 days, so your terms should reflect it where it applies.

  1. Understand. We learn the deal, the risks and your leverage.
  2. Draft. We prepare a clear agreement, or review the vendor's draft.
  3. Negotiate. We flag one-sided terms and suggest balanced alternatives.
  4. Execute. We guide signing and stamping.
  5. Reuse. We can give you a master template for repeat vendors.
Timeline & cost

How long it takes and what it costs

2–5working days, typically, for a standard vendor agreement.

Actual timing depends on how quickly documents are ready and on the processing time of the authority involved.

Your total cost has two parts: our professional fee, and any government or statutory fees that apply. Government fees are set by the authority and vary by case, so we give you an itemised quote before you commit to anything. See our pricing page for packages.
