What is HR Policy Drafting?

HR policies set out how your workplace operates: working hours, leave, attendance, expenses, conduct, grievance handling and exits. Written down and shared, they make decisions consistent and help you defend them if challenged.

Some policies are required by law. For example, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) Act requires an Internal Committee and a policy for workplaces with 10 or more employees. A handbook that combines policies in plain language also helps new joiners settle in.

Timeline & cost

How long it takes and what it costs

Actual timing depends on how quickly documents are ready and on the processing time of the authority involved.

Your total cost has two parts: our professional fee, and any government or statutory fees that apply. Government fees are set by the authority and vary by case, so we give you an itemised quote before you commit to anything. See our pricing page for packages.
